Serve with a purpose: empowering lives through volleyball

Welcome to Serve With a Purpose, a non-profit dedicated to making a tangible difference. Through my passion for volleyball, I'm raising crucial funds to support Ali, an orphaned teenager in Tanzania living with cerebral palsy. Join us in serving more than just aces – serve with a purpose.

Our mission

Serve With a Purpose is driven by a heartfelt mission: to provide essential support for Ali, a teenager with cerebral palsy in Tanzania. I hope to achieve this by offering high-quality volleyball lessons and hosting engaging tournaments, transforming every serve into a step towards a brighter future for Ali.

Learn About Ali

While I was volunteering at a hospital in Dar es Salaam that was founded by my grandfather, I sadly met a lady who was dying of cancer.  She was very worried about her 13 year old son, Ali, who had cerebral palsy.  He is now an orphan, and I was able to locate him in a small village called Lindi.

He was living in a small hut with a relative without a roof, no proper clothing, bedding, food, electricity, no medical care, or a wheelchair.  I have sent the funds I raised so far to him to help him get these basic needs taken care of for some time, and I will be visiting him again soon to try to help provide for more of his needs for a longer period of time.
